EZ-Lunch

From August 25th we will be trialling a 4 week offering of lunch orders through Ez-Lunch. 

What is Ez-Lunch? This is a central platform operated through your KINDO account. 

Tuesday and Thursday – You can jump on and order some snacks or entire lunches through your KINDO supplied by foursquare. 

Wednesday – Sushi  

Friday – Pizza 

More details will be communicated out over the coming 2 weeks, prior to our 4 week trial starting.

Have some questions about the Gala? Sure, here are a few which may be of help;

When and where is the gala?

The Kohimarama Gala will be held on Saturday, 18 October 2025, from 6:00 PM to late at Akarana Event Centre, 8/10 Tamaki Drive, Auckland.

What can I expect on the night?

Enjoy a night of entertainment by the waterfront, including a welcome drink on arrival, live music, dinner, a silent and live auction, raffles, and a fully stocked bar.

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets are available now via our official booking page https://events.humanitix.com/kohimaramagala. Early booking is recommended as spaces are limited.

Is there a dress code?

Yes – dress to impress! Cocktail or smart evening attire is recommended.

Are tickets refundable?

No. All ticket sales are final, and refunds are not available.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes – parking is available at the venue, with additional on-street parking nearby.

Will there be dietary options?

Yes – please let us know any dietary requirements when booking your ticket.

What is the gala fundraising for?

All funds raised go towards supporting the development of Kohimarama school facilities and resources for our Children. 

How will the auctions work?

Our silent auction will go live before the event and will close on the night. Guests at the gala will enjoy exclusive opportunities and the chance to bid on unique live auction items available only to attendees.

What if I don’t know anyone else attending? 

Not a problem. Be a trend setter and book your tickets, make a note when booking what year groups you are connected to or other guests that maybe attending and we can allocate you on or near by their table.
