Kohimarama School Art Gallery

Dear Parents 

This week each student will have two pieces of artwork on display in the school hall from Tuesday 13th August.  You and your family are invited to come and view the artistic talent of our students daily from 8.30 - 5.00pm Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th August. 

 To cover the hireage of the screens we ask for a gold coin donation per family.

Starship Hospital Fundraiser - Thank you :-)

Thank you to all the families who participated in our student fundraiser, due to your caring for others we raised $811.70.  This was gratefully accepted by Starship.

School Disco Friday 13th September

• Where:  School Hall
• Theme:  Hollywood or mufti
• Cost: $5 - Tickets are on sale via Kindo from Monday 2nd September (no door sales)
• Time:  Junior Disco Years 0-4 5.00 - 6.00 pm           Senior Disco Years 4 - 8 6.30 - 8.00 pm

$5 ensures all students receive a drink and snack, plus have awesome music to dance to with DJ Dave.

Congratulations to Constable Gordon

Our community constable Gordon Campbell has been awarded a Woolf Fisher Fellowship Scholarship for 2025.  We would like to acknowledge Constable Gordon for all the work that he does in our school and wish him well and congratulations for this fabulous honour is is well deserved.

Remuera Primary Principals' Association

The Remuera Primary Principals' Association in conjunction with the Parenting Centre has Kristin Ward, parent coach delivering a workshop on working with tricky dynamics in families and supporting parents to be on the same team as their kids, no matter what challenging behaviour they are facing. Passionate about seeing whānau thrive, Kristin shares practical ways all parents can build closer relationships with their children. Kohimarama School Book Fair 2024

The Book Fair has certainly been popular this week, with books and stationery flying out the door.
Geronimo Stilton and Dog Man have been circulating around the school and are enjoying meeting you all!
